Answering questions about grief with Winston's Wish
We’ve collaborated with the charity, Winston’s Wish, who help support children and young people with grief and loss. We spoke to three lovely members of the Winston’s Wish Youth Ambassador team to answer important questions on grief, like:
Does everyone experience grief in the same way?
When is it okay to feel happy again when you’ve been affected by grief?
How does grief change over time?
For personal support with grief and loss, you can visit Kooth or visit the Winston’s Wish website. -

This has really helped me
The Kooth podcast has really helped me with my mental health, just like Kooth. I struggle to go to sleep so one of the newer additions, scared of the dark: a guided meditation has really helped me and I’ve had it on every night since it came out. This podcast couldn’t be any better and I want to thank everyone who is behind this. You are wonderful xxx
Absolute recommend
This really helped me to feel calmer and safer in the place that I’m in with the people I’m surrounded by. I especially enjoyed the meditation episode as I had been struggling to sleep that night and it really helped me calm myself down and relax. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is stressed or just wants to listen to something because there are many topics that you can listen to and I for one will be listening to the SnapPod from now on especially on my holiday drive. :)
Thanks
This really helps.
