I'm a lecturer at the University of Amsterdam, the Principal Investigator of Slow Editing Towards Equity research project, and a former Wikipedia Visiting Scholar. My research examines the political design of encyclopedic knowledge, which has included studying practices and techniques of Wikipedian consensus.[1][2][3] I have also conducted previous research by examining the epistemological connections between Wikipedia and the Encyclopedia Britannica by comparing the organizational structure of ten articles throughout the lifespan of each encyclopedia.[4] See also: https://meta.wikimedia.org/wiki/Research:Newsletter/2013/September
