Success Coach Drop-In Hours
Each USF undergraduate student is assigned to a CASA academic success coach (or success coach). You can find out who your success coach is in your Student Hub, under "My Success Team".
You may make an appointment with your coach, or you can visit any success coach during their regular drop-in hours without an appointment.
Note: Drop-ins are best suited for shorter discussions as there may be multiple students in the waiting room at any given time. If you have an issue that may require more than 15 minutes, we recommend that you make an appointment with your academic success coach.

Registration for Fall 2024 begins April 15th. CASA will be hosting drop-ins during registration week to help with general registration questions and procedures. Drop by and speak with any of our academic success coaches in-person or online. In-person drop-ins will be offered as indicated below:

Time: 10 am - 4 pm Pacific Time
Location: CASA Lobby on the UC 3rd Floor
Online drop-ins will continue as they have this semester. See below for when online drop-in hours are offered.

Spring 2024 In Person Hours (01/29 - 05/03)
For the Spring 2024 semester, CASA is offering in person drop-ins in our CASA lobby located on the University Center third floor. Have a quick question? Students can stop by to talk to a success coach every Tuesday and Thursday from 11:45am to 12:45pm. For more complex questions/issues, we encourage you to make an appointment with your success coach.
